Summary/Abstract

This paper provides an analysis and update (as of 2015) on current pore space law in Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Kentucky, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wyoming. The paper discusses certain uses of pore space and why policy and legal decisions surrounding it are important to the development or non-development of pore space as a natural resource.
