Summary/Abstract

Carbon dioxide suppliers are regulated under California’s cap-and-trade program, but any carbon dioxide supplied that is ultimately geologically sequestered is not included in their compliance obligation (e.g., carbon dioxide supplied for enhanced oil recovery).
