Summary/Abstract

This report examines (1) the outcomes of past Department of Energy (DOE) -funded CCS demonstration projects and the external factors that affected them and (2) how DOE’s management of these projects contributed to their outcomes. The report focuses its review on the nine large CCS demonstration projects that received DOE funding beginning in 2009.
