Summary/Abstract
These regulations provide for the elimination or minimization of the environmental, health and safety hazards and risks associated with greenhouse gas sequestration operations, and prescribe various administrative matters, fees and other requirements authorized by the Greenhouse Gas Geological Sequestration Act 2008.
