Summary/Abstract
This is the Global CCS Institute’s response to Australia’s Industry and Investment Department’s position paper on Proposals for a Regulatory Framework for Greenhouse Gas Injection and Storage. The comments contained in this submission highlight key issues associated with the licensing arrangements, competition with other users, and assessment of eligible storage sites, environmental management and liability.
