Summary/Abstract

This article proposes that terms in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Kyoto Protocol should be interpreted broadly or modified to include CCS, and that based on the negotiations among the contracting states, legal issues concerning CCS should be put in the post-Kyoto legislation on climate change.
