Summary/Abstract

This Global CCS Institute paper draws together all the latest information and thinking on the Article 6 of the Paris Agreement and its role in enabling countries to meet the objectives they have set themselves in their Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), with particular emphasis on how it can impact on CCS.

*The Institute is an accredited Observer to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). As such it attends the regular UNFCCC meetings (the COPs), and the meetings of the subsidiary bodies and others (e.g. the Green Climate Fund Board).
