Summary/Abstract
This report, prepared on behalf of the Advisory Council of the European Technology Platform for Zero Emission Fossil Fuel Power Plants (ZEP) and the Steering Committee of the European Biofuels Technology Platform (EBTP), provides some initial recommendations for how the EU could accelerate the development and deployment of Bio-CCS technologies in order to realize their significant carbon-negative potential.
