Summary/Abstract
This policy blueprint focuses on the federal policy priorities of the industry, labor and NGO participants in the Carbon Capture Coalition. It represents an ambitious federal policy agenda to achieve the economy-wide deployment of carbon capture from industrial facilities, power plants and ambient air through financial incentives and other policies that drive private investment, innovation and cost reductions in carbon capture and utilization technology and pipeline transport.
