Summary/Abstract

This testimony before the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources hearing to examine the challenges and opportunities for large-scale carbon management discusses the role of carbon dioxide removal (CDR) in addressing climate change, and the federal investment in Research, Development and Demonstration (RD&D) needed to enable deployment of CDR on a material scale.
