Summary/Abstract

This report assesses the current state of affairs surrounding technological carbon dioxide removal (CDR) in the United States. The report examines the status of technological CDR in the U.S. economy—looking carefully at what companies and investors are doing currently. It then reviews the policy and political landscape for technological CDR before providing concrete policy recommendations for action at the Federal level.
